You can view your present ICCMax setting in HWinfo. Open the "Central Processor" menu and search for the "IA Overclocking" part. Intel suggests a specific configuration of 307A, though 249A could also be suitable. Your current value might be close to 307A.

I located it in the BIOS at address 307, probably best to keep it there then
