Lately i've encountered a problem where each time i adjust settings in BIOS or just type them in without saving, the system restarts repeatedly. After rebooting, it boots back up but doesn't apply any changes I made. This means my RAM is stuck at 2133 MHz on a Ryzen CPU. I'm unsure if the issue lies with the power supply unit or the motherboard. I really appreciate anyone who can help me fix this. Thanks a lot.

Thanks, I'll give it a shot. I think the PSU might be the issue because the graphics card has a flashing white light.
