It might be your monitor too... I’ve had similar problems before. Disabling "anti motion blur" and "gsync issues" has made it noticeably smoother since then.

It only slows down when the cursor moves or when I'm turning around in-game. I did a fresh install of Windows this morning just to confirm, but it didn’t fix it.

It's occurring on both screens simultaneously.

When you reinstalled, did you get the newest driver or an older version?

I retrieved 526.86 and that’s the current status. I’m checking it now, not sure if the issue persists.

This figure doesn't matter to me. Are you referring to the previous version or the updated one? Did you only add this new update after a complete Windows reinstall, or did you install the updated version first?

That is November's driver, so not the latest one. It was the first thing I installed on new Windows. So far there is actually no stuttering but for some reason my secondary monitor feels a bit slower. I will download some games later on and test further throughout the night, just to make sure the stuttering doesn't return.

How is the speed reduced? Are the adjustments distinct from the main display?

It was the mouse that caused the issue. I'm not sure if the sensor failed or there was a connection problem, but after replacing the mouse, the problem stopped completely. It might be related to the USB port as well. Regardless, I have backup mice available. I've tried numerous solutions but didn't consider the most obvious one. Thanks for all the advice!
