I faced the same issue too—it froze at 0.38 GHz after plugging in. This seems like a battery-related problem. After swapping the battery, it worked at 3 GHz.

I've encountered the same issue, but when the battery is disconnected it functions properly. I replaced the battery and it's still showing 0.38GHz.
