I'm considering this option. Others suggested my GPU might be failing because it struggles under stress, rather than being faulty outright. That seems plausible.

This can be dismissed by removing the other PSU from consideration as a potential issue. The GPU power warning isn't necessarily proof of a hardware fault, but you can't ignore it entirely without systematically checking each possible cause one at a time.
