System Details: B350 Gaming - Ryzen 3900X (original cooler) Trident Z RGB 32GB RAM MSI 2080 Ti 850 EVO 500GB SSD Gold-certified PSU I've experimented with nearly every setup. Updated to a new PSU, used stock CPU cooler (previously AIO), changed graphics card, and attempted booting with just one RAM stick. Options are dwindling. Motherboard indicators flash orange, red, white, then green. Boots past BIOS sometimes, otherwise loops infinitely.

Have you attempted starting from another Windows installation on a different drive? Otherwise, it might be a motherboard problem.

I haven't tried it yet, but I'm also considering swapping the motherboard to observe the outcome.

Consider changing the motherboard first if you have the guide and understand what the indicators signify, as they usually assist in troubleshooting issues.
