System freezes during startup Windows hangs or lags when launching Desktop becomes unresponsive at launch
When the device freezes on the screen, capture a picture or photo using your phone and share it. It seems similar to the old error message during startup. It might mean the USB controller is faulty; most boards include two USB chipsets. Try linking your keyboard to the other one and pressing F1, which usually continues the process on errors. If you're using an MS keyboard, press F-Lock first since it doesn't have the F keys enabled at boot.
