My system frequently freezes when both GPU and CPU are heavily used together, like during gameplay. There are no BSODs or warning messages—just a sudden shutdown with the Windows Event Viewer noting an expected power loss. I can use the desktop continuously for hours without overloading it, but anything that stresses both the CPU and GPU causes the crash. Testing on multiple machines, I’m using Windows 10 and 11. My hardware specs are: AMD R5 5600 with Wraith Prism cooler, MSI B550M-A motherboard, 16GB RAM (Corsair CMK16GX4M2B3200C16), MSI RTX 2060 GPU, Corsair CX550F PSU, Fractal Design Define C Mini SSD1, and Samsung 980 SSD2. I’ve updated the BIOS and tried different power supplies and cases, but nothing fixes it. I also swapped RAM, motherboard, case, and even the CPU, yet the issue remains. I ran OCCT tests confirming the problem isn’t isolated to one part. It seems the combination of CPU and GPU under load is the culprit. I can run benchmarks on each component separately without issues, but bringing everything together from another system triggers the crash. I’m not sure if it’s the motherboard or something else—though I’ve changed it multiple times without success. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

It seems like you're describing a situation where something needs to stay consistent despite ongoing problems. You're suggesting checking the affected areas on the motherboard and seeing if that resolves the issue.

Have you attempted to assemble the whole setup directly onto a motherboard enclosure? (Ensure the ESD bag stays outside the motherboard and cardboard)

I'll attempt that now! It seems the situation or obstacles might be linked to grounding.

OK so an update on the case - I breadboarded the system, it still fails. I also put it down on top of the motherboard box, it still fails. I've got an RMA motherboard on its way back to me, so I'm going to try this one next when it arrives. It seems my system is simply cursed, because I've basically replaced every piece of the machine one at a time and yet it still fails...
