The latest updates are for the x670 Aorus Elite Ax. The motherboard revision isn't specified in the information provided. There appears to be confusion—no official x670 Aorus Elite Ax exists.

You can observe this in the dump files; the system uses the X670 AORUS ELITE AX with BIOS version F10. The only newer non-beta BIOS is F11. @Krelian99 It appears the RAM information is present in the dump files. The most recent BIOS includes memory enhancements mentioned in the patch notes, which makes it worth trying. I wouldn't upgrade to F20A since it's still a beta release. If crashes persist, test the RAM at 5200MT/s—the highest officially supported by AMD. If stable there, slowly raise the speed until you reach its maximum stable rate. Should that fail, run the RAM at full speed and monitor for issues. If both sticks cause crashes when used separately, it's unlikely to be faulty RAM. One dump noted a page file functioning like RAM, but it resides on the disk, suggesting the storage drive may be involved. The suspected culprit would likely be the CPU memory controller. Please share more dump files before proceeding.
