Hello, I'm experiencing an unusual problem with my laptop. Windows 10 occasionally freezes after about ten hours, and pressing Ctrl+Alt+Del doesn't resolve it. After shutting it down and restarting, the issue resets. The Asus Q550LF runs on a N550LF motherboard with Windows 10 Pro x64. Drivers were updated recently, but the problem started three months later. It also happens when launching a Starcraft 2 game. My Battle.net post is here: http://us.battle.net/sc2/en/forum/topic/19973187761 Thank you, GoTo3

It seems like there might be a hardware problem, possibly related to RAM or storage.

I ran the Microsoft Memory Diagnostic and everything looks fine. I recently purchased a Samsung 850 EVO and plan to test it soon.

The reliability of that MS tool is uncertain. Memtest is worth trying, though it takes about 12 hours to complete the scan.
