System freeze diagnosis request received.
I was looking for guidance on how to tackle this freezing problem you're experiencing.
The hardware details are as follows:
Motherboard: ASUS TUF Gaming B550-Plus WiFi II
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5500
GPU: Aus ROG STRIX OC V2 Radeon RX 6650 XT 8GB
Memory: 2x 8GB
Corsair CMW16GX4M2C3200C16
I installed Windows 11, and it worked without issues during installation. However, after playing certain games, it would freeze intermittently—usually for a few minutes.
I've tested with DOCP/XMP enabled and without them, but the same problem persists.
I'm considering switching to Windows 10 if I run memory tests or if there are known problems with this RAM and AMD chips.
Any suggestions or checks you recommend would be greatly appreciated.
The model and age of the PSU are detailed along with complete system specifications.
All parts are brand new.
PSU: Corsair CV550 550 W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply
Monitor: Iiyama G2470HSU 1080p (Display Port)
Storage: 2TB Crucial M2 NVMe Gen3
Please inform me if any additional specifications are required.
The games I installed appear to activate a spam filter on the forum – Minecraft, Rolox, and Steam were affected. Not sure if this is connected.
Memtest completed fine. Here are the details:

I'll check if freezing it again is possible.
The memory isn't specifically mentioned on their support page:

It looks like the Corsair Vengeance had problems with older Ryzen models, not just B550/5500, but I'm still interested in testing it with Gskill if it freezes again.
