Hi, the browser freezes due to STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION while streaming on YouTube and it affects my whole system, including Internet Explorer. It also occurs when the computer is in sleep mode. The only solution seems to be running a heavy program or game. I ran MemTest86 and everything looks normal, temperatures and drives are fine. This began after switching from an AMD 3 3200G to an AMD 5 3600, though gaming runs smoothly. My specs are: CPU – AMD Ryzen 5 3600, GPU – AMD RX 580, RAM – 2x 8GB at 2666MHz.

Consider testing various options, ensure PBO is disabled, switch off XMP if active, and disable hardware acceleration in the browser you're using. Employ DDU to remove graphics drivers and reinstall them. (You moved from integrated to not)
