I've encountered a problem where my computer crashes to the blue screen after restarting when I adjust the RAM speed in BIOS to its advertised 3200MHz. The system fails if the speed exceeds 2400MHz. I'm uncertain whether the issue lies with the RAM timings or insufficient voltage, and I've tested running at 1.35V without resolving the problem. I'm unsure if I made a mistake or if my hardware is faulty, but I would greatly appreciate advice from someone more experienced. I use a Ryzen 5 2600 with an Asus B450-F featuring 2x8GB of Team Group T-Force Night Hawk RGB, rated at 3200MHz.

Confirm placement in slots 2 and 4, then adjust SOC to 1.1/.15 and DRAM to 1.35. Proceed with 2933 using xmp/docp, and if stable, move to 3000 with those settings.
