I'm having trouble restarting my PC properly. It has an MSI Z87 G43 motherboard, and after installing an i7 4790K, the BIOS was updated to version 1.8. The system works but doesn't reboot correctly. When I try to power it off and on again, it restarts but fails to connect USB devices or monitors. I often have to turn it completely off before it starts up, which is causing issues with installing Windows.
