I completed the following steps: - Reassembling components - Removing one module - Verifying both modules in every available slot - Re-testing modules across all CPU cores - Turning off Speedstep - Disabling Turboboost I confirmed memory functions properly; the problem remains unresolved. It appears the memory operates at stick speed. The issue persists.

EDIT: Ran Cinebench R20 with these settings: - 2 cores active - Speedstep on - Turboboost on - Both 8Gb modules installed (total 16Gb at 2133MHz) - Idle temps: 21°C, load temps: 31°C. Test finished successfully with a strong score of 492 points.

Adjusting the voltages to VCCIO 1.2v and VCCSA 1.25v doesn't affect stability. I also experimented with: fixing the frequency at 2000mhz for all cores, locking a fixed 2133mhz on memory, and disabling power-saving mode. None of these changes helped, and enabling more than two cores prevented the PC from booting. It doesn't matter where I try to start or what settings I apply.
