It seems the system keeps showing the ASUS boot logo repeatedly. Is it typical that the SSD where my new Windows is being installed vanishes from the boot menu after I turn off Secure Boot? *It’s worth mentioning that Secure Boot is active and I can’t turn it off.* The only choice available to me is selecting “Other OS” or “Windows UEFI Mode.”

Update the BIOS to the latest version. Turn off CSM, stop attempting to boot from existing media, install a new USB drive, and run the Windows installer. Remove the secure boot keys beforehand to disable it.

It doesn't start from the USB drive with a bootable Windows installation. I attempted to use the fresh Windows setup but it didn't work either. Could it be that one of the cores failed and turning off some could resolve the problem? *EDIT: I disabled all cores except one, and now I can boot from the USB. I plan to upgrade to a new Windows version and then turn all cores back on.*

Have you verified that the installation media is starting from a different computer?

Installation is finished with just one active core and it’s running on Windows. Any additional cores will cause issues and the system may freeze when starting to Windows.

Turn off CPU power controls such as cstates disable speed step and turbo boost. Use a manual voltage of 1.3V, disable virtualization features, and install chipset drivers.

The BSOD message at 1.4 or 1.35v often points to a hardware issue. Have you attempted to reinsert the CPU?

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION and MEMORY_MANAGEMENT appeared during startup. I attempted BluescreenView but it couldn't save the crash to the minidump folder. I re-seated the CPU several times. Adjusting the voltage to 1.35 and 1.4 extended its lifespan but the system still froze. *EDIT: I managed to retrieve two dump files and included them here. W10.txt 021720-3296-01.dmp 021720-3562-01.dmp*

MEMORY_MANAGEMENT is significant, try removing a stick of RAM and observe any effects.
