I built my first PC recently. It has an integrated graphics processor, but I haven’t installed a dedicated graphics card yet. The system powers on normally, but there’s no display and a flashing light indicates an issue with the RAM. I’ve tried reseating it multiple times without fixing the problem. My motherboard requires a BIOS update to work properly with my processor. Could this be the reason? I’m trying to save for a graphics card myself, as costs are high in my country and I’m still saving up.

This board works with the 5600g but requires a BIOS update since it came out before the CPU was available. https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/B45...rt-dl-bios Without a 1st or 2nd generation Ryzen processor, it may not boot unless the motherboard supports a BIOS flashback feature.

It’s probable to find a nearby repair service that can upgrade your system with a suitable CPU and GPU.
