The PC halted unexpectedly and displayed this screen. I've already checked the CMOS battery, but it didn’t resolve the issue. Can you determine if the hard drive is functioning properly?

It seems your system might be damaged or failing to start properly. Consider creating a Windows recovery USB and using it to fix the installation.
