Additionally, I’m unsure if this adds more information, but putting the PC to sleep and then attempting to wake it up results in the display remaining blank while the RGB lights activate and the fans begin spinning.

I don't rely on sleep & co, I shut it down. Does your problem continue when you turn it off?

It seems the issue might be related to the power supply unit. These inconsistent problems are tough to pinpoint. Would you like me to suggest trying a different power source?
