PC was beginning to start up slowly (kept power button pressed for more than a minute). Eventually it stopped working completely. I thought it might be my 10-year-old power supply since it was the oldest component in my setup. I replaced it and turned it on, but only the GPU fans spun while everything else stayed off. My preferences are for all lights to turn on. Capacitors appear fine, no leaks, just a bit of dust. Any suggestions about what might be wrong or if I made a mistake? 20230218_185353.mp4

Removed the battery from the motherboard. Case fans are running with the GPU fans, but the CPU remains silent. The 00 error code is still appearing.
