Hey there, friends. I moved from an R5 7600 to a R7 7800X3D and the only updates are the premium lighting on the DRAM and CPU LEDs. What I’ve done so far: reset the CMOS battery (left it out for about five minutes), swapped RAM in all available slots—single and dual channels. Tried a BIOS flashback even though my B650 Pro RS from ASRock came with it, and I also used my old CPU, which gave the same results now. I’m waiting 5 to 10 minutes for every memory train and boot. I’ve checked all cables and re-seated them, removed the GPU if needed, just a few components in the PC. PLEASE HELP! I wanted to test my new specs: R5 7600 / R7 7800X3D, ASRock B650 Pro RS, Palit Gaming Pro RTX 4080. 750W, 12MW, keep it quiet! pure rock 2. 150TDP CPU cooler.

Check all pins on your CPU and RAM slots for any issues. Verify there’s no thermal paste in the socket. Updated by GrandNebSmada on Feb 27, 2024

The socket is in optimal shape, the processor is free of debris, and the RAM sticks are also spotless.

Verify that no tiny parts were removed from your motherboard while changing it.

I haven't managed to resolve that problem yet. I changed everything and didn't notice any harm to the mainboard.
