Since Thursday this week I’ve faced a recurring issue: my system works normally when playing games or using apps, but at random it shuts down. Monitors and most peripherals turn off while the PC stays on, though the power button on the case doesn’t respond. I’ve looked into Event Viewer and only found codes 10016 and 10020, which don’t explain the problem. I’ve reinstalled drivers and Windows several times in the past day, yet it keeps happening. Do you have any advice? My specs are a Ryzen 9 7950X with RX 7900 XT, 64GB G.Skill RAM, 1000W PSU, Aorus B650 Elite MBO.
