The computer fails to boot completely. After swapping the motherboard battery, it powers up. On the motherboard, the CPU and RAM indicators continue to flash repeatedly. It's unclear what's causing this issue.

A piece of RAM stopped the device from starting. Taking out two sticks resolved the issue and allowed it to boot.
