I just installed my new motherboard and CPU, including the AMD Ryzen 3700X and a Rog Crosshair Hero Vii. Everything seemed fine before, but now I’m stuck in an endless BIOS loop. I’ve tried various fixes online—restoring settings, typing commands in the command prompt—but nothing works.

Have you not performed a fresh installation of Windows? Are you starting with a previous version from your current system?

You're asking about the BIOS loop concept. Try turning off secure boot, switching to UEFI boot (or reversing it if needed), and see what happens. Make sure this isn't related to a misunderstood term like "BIOS loop" or op, and that you don't need a full system reinstall.
