I believe the most effective step would be reaching out to the seller for an exchange, keeping in mind the warranty remains active. I plan to perform a stress test and monitor temperatures, but swapping might be simpler. Luckily, most agree it isn’t a power supply problem.

the only power supply aspect that comes to mind is whether you connected a single line for each PCI-8 pin. this might occur when using a dual-end cable on one rail.

I only have one PCIe cable for every port on the GPU, connecting it to each PCIe slot on the GPU. (No double-ended cables.)
