Details: CPU model i7-2600k, GPU rx 580 8GB, motherboard MAXIMUS IV GENE-Z, power supply corsair tx550m, RAM gskill ripjaws DDR3 1600MHz 2x8GB. Issue: After installing a new GPU it fails to boot or produces no beeps, fans spin briefly without the GPU, and with it working fine otherwise. Verified connection and proper seating in PCIe slot.

Are you considering a different GPU for this system or testing it on another machine? Your setup is near the maximum recommended power supply capacity for that GPU.
