Your PC won't start Windows even after several fixes. Issues include a failed kernel security check, driver errors (irql not meeting requirements), and unhandled kmode exceptions.

Ram might cause problems if you clock in too fast in certain situations. You could also try turning on legacy boot in BIOS if available. The irql driver indicates compatibility or integrity issues, likely because the Windows installation wasn’t done properly on the new drive. Also, check your system specifications—some older hardware struggles with Windows 10.

I wasn't able to start up after checking the RAM one by one. I didn't try the legacy mode, and even after installing a fresh Windows install, I kept seeing a purple screen with an error message. My system details are: Intel i9 9900K, GTX 2080, 8GB RAM, 32GB storage, ASUS Maximus Hero Wifi X72 CPU, liquid cooler, old hard drives, new 1TB drive. I suspect my previous drives were corrupted, but now the new one is failing to boot properly.

PSU is another option, though corruption might be the real issue. It's hard to say without understanding all previous attempts and outcomes. Are you experiencing problems with posting or just after the system starts up?

Attempt to set up Windows on a different machine and then start it on your own device. The process will reveal any issues with the installation media or hardware. It provides a fully functional operating system, allowing you to troubleshoot more effectively than relying solely on the media.
