I press the power button on my PC case, and it powers up, displaying only ASRock with the spinning dot pattern. When I turn off the PSU, wait a moment, then restart it, everything functions normally afterward. This issue appears only when I shut down the PC overnight and restart the next day. If I power it down and back on immediately, it works without problems. I've tried numerous troubleshooting steps but haven't found a solution. I'm open to any suggestions you might have. Thank you for your assistance.

Consider turning off fast boot and secure boot. If using Optane, reset the cache and remove all update logs from system settings.
