Attempted various methods but nothing worked. Considering possible shortfall? It could be due to timing or unforeseen circumstances. This might just be bad luck given the size and setup.

Did the PSU operate on another platform? A quick check can be done by attempting a DIY test setup using the motherboard enclosure and observing if the PC starts properly. Avoid running it for extended periods just to verify a correct boot sequence. This helps identify any shorts within the case. Also, test with a different power outlet.

Additionally, if you're connecting via a power bar, switch to a direct outlet for better performance.
