System fails to start after overclocking attempt
Components: GTX 1060 6gb, Ryzen 5 1500X, 8gb 3200mhz hyperx ram, Aorus b450 elite motherboard and a 500w coolermaster powersupply.
I recently performed a reinstallation on my setup. Everything started up properly, but I proceeded to overclock the components. I adjusted the RAM speed to 2933mhz at 1.350V and the CPU to 3.8ghz, with the voltage set to auto but operating around 1.390V. After saving and rebooting, the system still didn’t boot.
I attempted to hold the power button for 15 seconds, but no changes occurred. I also restarted the system multiple times without success. When I switched on the monitor, it displayed "NO SIGNAL."
On the motherboard, there’s a small red light that activates when VGA is detected—I’m unsure what it indicates.
I’ve previously overclocked with similar settings and it always booted. Now I’m unsure how to resolve this issue and why it’s not displaying properly.
Reset the BIOS by adjusting the jumper according to the motherboard guide or taking out the BIOS battery, unplugging the power source, pressing the power button several times to empty the capacitors, and then putting the battery back in before restarting.

The issue occurred due to a failure in the process, and to avoid it again, review the necessary steps carefully.
