System fails to start after a fresh installation from a clean setup
I apologize for my English, it isn't my native language. Recently I upgraded my PC, changed the motherboard, CPU, and RAM. The motherboard I have is a Gigabyte B660M DS3H with an Intel i3 12100F, 16GB DDR4 RAM (8GBx2) at 3200MHz, a GTX 1650, an EVGA 650W PSU, and a Samsung SSD 840. The problem started after installing Windows—it works perfectly, no visual issues while playing games, temperatures stay below 75°C for both GPU and CPU. After turning off or restarting the computer, my screen displays the same images I attached. I can access BIOS but it still shows some lines, though mostly readable. Safe boot in Windows is available. The only fix was reinstalling Windows (I tried versions 10 and 11), then reinstalling NVIDIA drivers which cleared the minor visible lines, allowing normal use and gaming afterward. I also tried reseating the GPU, but it didn’t help.
Looking at the images suggests a possible GPU issue. Have you attempted another GPU to determine if that fixes the problem?
