I upgraded my PC with a new motherboard, CPU, and case, but after assembly everything seems to be working. The system powers on smoothly, the GPU light is active, yet there’s no display output and the PC restarts frequently. I’m worried about possible cable connections, bent CPU pins, or damage from bending connectors during installation. I also don’t have thermal paste anymore, which makes it hard to check the CPU health. What should I do next?

If I put it incorrectly now, they’re bent, but I’m unsure if it’s because I don’t want to take the cooler off.
