OS: Windows 8.1 I launched GeForce Experience to verify my graphics driver updates. The process triggered a blank window with no content, causing the whole system to freeze. A Windows message appeared stating an issue and prompting a restart. After rebooting, the OS failed to locate itself. I’m currently using the computer just a day after installation. What happened and how can I resolve it? Also, the machine is only a day old. Thanks.
