You might consider revisiting the RAM installation as a final option, or perhaps following what @ LPSoldier1127 recommended—re-seating the RAM carefully and ensuring it's fully inserted. I remember upgrading my RAM once and it didn’t post because one stick wasn’t snug enough, even though it seemed okay. That resolved the issue for me. Since you’ve already tried your previous RAM and still didn’t get a POST, it seems there might be another problem at play. It’s odd that the computer won’t start with the old RAM either. I’d suggest digging deeper into the troubleshooting before investing in a new system. Just my thoughts!
I’ll give it another try, since it’s RGB and everything is lighting up. I’m not sure if this is the right fix yet. I’d really like to upgrade my PC because my current motherboard has limited space—only supporting an i9 9900k. With the new socket type, I think it will stay compatible for a while before we finalize the changes.
