System fails to power up following intensive gaming activity.
I'm facing issues with my PC that have been going on for a while. No matter the game I play, whether it's fun or boring, I shut it down whenever I finish. Recently, when I tried to turn it on, it wouldn't power up after being off for over 12 hours. Pressing the power button makes the fans spin and then stop. To get it working again, I have to unplug everything, reset it, and it starts functioning. Could this be a faulty power supply unit? Additionally, once it works, the network card or any added add-ons stop working completely during gameplay. Here are my system details: CPU Ryzen 5 5600X, Motherboard Asus ROG STRIX B550-F GAMING (WI-FI), RAM 16GB DDR4, GPU Zotac Mini GTX 1060 6GB, Case Coolermaster K280, Storage 1TB SSD, 1x 250GB and 1TB WD BLUE PSU COOLERMASTER B600.
I purchased the PSU nine years ago when I assembled my PC, after that I upgraded the motherboard, CPU, and RAM while leaving other components unchanged. Would you like some suggestions? Your location is the UK, and your budget is approximately £60-75. Thanks.
