Additionally, resetting the BIOS battery doesn't fix the secure boot configuration. Your GPU isn't compatible with secure boot, which is why you're not receiving a signal. You'll need to switch to integrated graphics to turn off secure boot in the BIOS and then reinstall the GPU.

I changed my CPU to one that includes an integrated graphics unit and accessed the BIOS to turn it off.
