In short, I turned on secure boot in my BIOS and saved before exiting. Then I waited until the PC started, then waited 1 minute, 5 minutes, and so on. After checking, I restarted it but it didn’t boot into BIOS or Windows. I removed the CMOS battery and shorted the CLR_CMOS pins as many suggested online, but it still wouldn’t start. My monitor and HDMI cable worked when tested with my console. I’m unsure what to try next—I also tried booting without a GPU or without the CMOS battery, but nothing worked either. Now it turns on but doesn’t boot anything. The fans seem to speed up and slow down in a loop, which might indicate an issue. If anyone knows the problem or has a solution, I’d really appreciate your help!

Remove your boot drive and check if you can return to UEFI. Turning on secure boot or turning off CSM may occasionally cause issues with your OS, but usually Windows can recover afterward.

Your system includes the necessary hardware components. It features an integrated graphics processor and supports the removal of hardware, such as a dedicated graphics card or discrete GPU.

I note this since having an integrated GPU can help simplify troubleshooting. Removing as many parts as needed, including a discrete GPU, helps identify why you're not seeing a power-on status. Also, if you haven't restarted the CMOS battery after changes, make sure it's making solid contact and installed correctly.

I verified all installations properly and confirmed each part is functioning well, but I’m still not able to display the screen.

It's helpful to address common issues when a system isn't posting. Adding detailed hardware specs can also improve support.
