I'm facing an issue where my PC won't boot into BIOS or Windows after I tried to optimize RAM speed by clearing CMOS or shorting pins. The system stays black even though the fans spin and the GPU works fine. My specs are: CPU Ryzen 5 1600, GPU GTX 780 Ti, motherboard ASUS Prime A520M-E, RAM HyperX Predator 4x4 at 3000MHz (using just two slots).
Once the CMOS battery is taken out, it may require a while to activate and display functionality again.

Tried it now it didn't help, but I was curious if the CPU couldn't be handling it because the A520M chipset is designed for Ryzen 3/4/5 generations. If that's the case, I removed the CMOS and reset it to factory settings, and now my CPU is being recognized by the motherboard.
Disconnect the power source. Remove the RAM modules. Power up the PSU and press the startup button. Expect a RAM boot error (beep or light). If you see the error, reinstall the RAM. This will reset everything to factory settings. If no error appears, the problem might be with the motherboard or CPU. The PSU could also be faulty, but that seems less likely based on your situation.

The PC just beeped three times in a row. I looked it up and it said memory error. I reinserted the RAM, but the computer still won’t boot. Of course, I started it without RAM as you mentioned.
