I'm not very familiar with technology, and I asked a friend who knows tech if they can explain what's happening. My PC won’t start properly. When I power it off and turn it on the next day, it skips the boot screen for my motherboard and then shows a black screen with no response. The keyboard also stops working. After shutting it down and restarting a few times, it shows "Diagnosing your PC" and then leads to a Windows troubleshooting blue screen with options like restart or further fixes. This issue occurred months ago, and I had to reinstall Windows several times to resolve it. It has happened again recently, but usually restarting helps. I’m hoping you can help identify the cause so I don’t have to reinstall Windows again. I’ve attached my computer specifications for reference. Thanks!

Check for pending updates and ensure Windows is up to date. If issues persist, disable the Windows Update feature temporarily. Proceed with uninstalling the latest Windows feature update step by step.

Review the Event Viewer >> Windows Logs >> System for details. Also, think about whether your drive might be failing—consider checking S.M.A.R.T. stats for warning signs. How to determine if a hard drive is deteriorating via SMART in Windows 10?
