I purchased a 3200MHz dual 8GB RAM module and installed it in my PC (previously had 8GB). After updating the settings, the system displayed 2133MHz instead. I accessed the BIOS, set the frequency to XMP 1 (3200MHz), saved and exited, but the motherboard LEDs lit up while the GPU, CPU, and fans didn’t spin. Removed the CMOS battery for 10 minutes and tried again, but no solution is known. I also attempted using the old RAM, which didn’t work.

Disconnect the PSU cable, apply pressure to the power button a few times.

yes, it does. the mobo compatibility depends on the motherboard and processor speeds you have.

Choose a lower speed like 2133 for safety, as the board only supports up to 2400 MHz.

The issue arises because it fails to start even after swapping out the battery and installing the previous RAM.

I haven't tried reinstalling your RAM yet. I'm not sure if you mean resetting it or adjusting it to the old settings.
