I recently performed a PC clean using dust removal cans. Now, when starting the computer, the RAM sticks activate and both the CPU cooler lights and fans spin, but the motherboard LEDs remain off despite pressing power. The power button no longer shuts it down when pressed. There’s also no signal detected on the monitors—just black with a message saying "cannot detect signal." Mb: Aorus B550 Elite v1, CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600X, RAM: 4 x GSKILL Trident Z 3200 DDR4, GPU: Nvidia 2060 WindForce OC, 6GB, PSU: Gigabyte 750 80 Gold Plus (G750H), CPU cooler: NZXT Kraken X53. After the issue started, I reconnected all cables and the CPU with fresh thermal paste. The same problem persisted. I reset the CMOS by removing the battery and adjusting pins, then tried using an onboard graphics card and a different GPU. Still, no LEDs light up and no signal reaches the monitor. A PC enthusiast friend suggested checking the power supply, possibly related to the 12V rail. I purchased a new Corsair 750W PSU today. My CPU appears fine—no bent pins or discoloration. The motherboard seems normal except for occasional white LED flashes from older models, and no BIOS beeps. Any advice would be appreciated, as this PC is essential for my work. Construct the setup outside the case using just the core components (mbo, cpu, 1 ram stick, gpu, psu). Avoid using the front panel buttons and use a screwdriver to connect the power switch pins. Start the PC and see if an image appears. Progress by adding parts one at a time until you identify the problem. My guess is the RAM is the issue.
and have you tried other basic troubleshooting things, like only 1stick of RAM?
