I discovered when the CPU fan stops working. When I restart, it turns off. If I power off and then power on, the fan runs at about 1050 RPM, but not changing speed. I’ve checked this multiple times. Each time I restart, the same problem occurs—the fan shuts down and doesn’t come back unless I manually shut it down and turn it back on with the power button.
My problem is fixed. I received a replacement chip from the store. Result: The one I got was defective.
