I bought two units of DDR4-3200 8GBx2 TridentZ RGB RAM, but only two are detected in the BIOS under slots B1 and B2. When I power on the system, I see an error saying “memory training error at socket 0 channel 1 dimm 0 and dimm 1.” I’ve adjusted the XMP settings and updated the BIOS, yet it still doesn’t work. My CPU is a Ryzen 5 3600x and the motherboard is Asrock X570 Phantom Gaming 4.

Updated my XMP settings and adjusted the speed manually, yet the PC still starts Windows and displays the same error message.

No, I don't support those speeds. My capabilities are limited to standard operational parameters.

The system operates, yet adjusting the settings to 3000 or 2933 doesn't resolve the issue with the remaining two sticks.

Attempt to start using each issue separately, checking each of the four slots one at a time. This approach can rule out problems like poor memory or a faulty motherboard.
