Hello everyone, I've owned this PC for roughly four years and it functioned perfectly until recently. About two weeks ago, when I tried to turn it on, the screen failed to appear. The system booted up normally—fans spun, RGB lights flashed, the graphics card lit—but no display showed up and the monitor displayed "no device connected." I inspected the motherboard and saw the VGA debug LED was active. After several attempts to reattach the GPU and RAM, nothing changed. Eventually, I replaced the motherboard, but the issue persisted on the new board as well; the VGA error indicator stayed on.

I've since swapped out the PSU, GPU, motherboard, and cables, yet nothing works. This inconsistency is really frustrating. Around 2% of the time it boots up normally, but when I launch a game on Steam, performance drops quickly until the screen goes black. Even then, it seems to function occasionally.

My troubleshooting steps included:
- Tightening and securing all cables
- Reseating RAM and GPU
- Testing different RAM slots and using just one stick
- Changing DP ports, cables, and HDMI connections
- Using various monitors and PCIe slots
- Replacing the motherboard
- Reseating the CPU
- Upgrading the PSU, GPU, and motherboard
- Removing case fans, disconnecting USBs except main power and one monitor
- Resetting CMOS, ensuring monitors were on before startup
- Booting without storage (same error)
- Connecting to a TV via HDMI
- Trying different wall outlets

Currently, about 75% of the system is still functional, which is frustrating. The CPU tested fine initially, but I'm unsure if it's the root cause. This setup has been reliable for years, yet these random failures keep appearing. It's exhausting dealing with such unpredictability.
