System fails to boot from BIOS settings.
I’ve been struggling to get my Windows to boot on the computer for a long time. I’ve used two different flash drives, performed a hard reset, removed two RAM sticks, and even tried loading BIOS onto one machine and another in reverse order. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
I don't understand what you're aiming for. Are you planning to set up Windows 10 or 11 on a freshly built system (assuming you're doing that, given the reference to 7950x, likely Ryzen 9 7950x released recently)? You'll need to create a bootable USB and insert the ISO file. Microsoft offers an app to download the ISO and generate a bootable drive. Other tools like Rufus can also do this. After connecting the USB to a powered-on computer, press the appropriate boot key (often F11, F10 or F9) and follow the prompts to install. If you have access to BIOS, try selecting the boot option there—some systems may not recognize the drive as a boot device. If that doesn't work, you might need to reinstall Windows onto another bootable medium. Please share more details so we can assist effectively.
