you might be seeing throttling because the chip is protecting itself at around 60c. it could be adjusting performance to stay safe, even if you push it higher. changing the throttle settings won’t always fix it—check your motherboard or BIOS options for performance scaling. if the issue persists, consider firmware updates or a different cooler.

It's nice that it's not getting too warm. But could you say you're experiencing a performance drop around 60°C?
