When I power on my 3600 1.350v XMP profile, the computer crashes right away. My system has a Crucial Ballistix 16GB DDR4 SDRAM with 288 pins, an Asrock phantom gaming 4s, a Ryzen 5 3600x, and a Radeon RX 5700. I also have an EVGA Supernova G3 650W 80+ gold. Please assist me.

Activate XMP, adjust the frequency to 3200mhz manually, and test functionality. If successful, it indicates you’re utilizing the CPU’s rated capability, which is beneficial for performance.

Yes, you can stick with the XMP settings while resetting the timing to default values.
