I own a 3060 Ti and an i5 8400 running at 1440p. I'm curious if this setup is limiting performance in the gameplay? The video shows GPU usage falling below 80 in certain situations while CPU stays steady around 95-100. Considering a switch to a Ryzen 7 3700X.

The video requests access permissions, but it seems like a performance issue might be present. Which game are you trying to watch?

It seems like you're discussing performance tuning for a game, likely Cyberpunk2077. Most cores are heavily utilized, around 85-100%, and when performance dips, GPU usage decreases. In the game settings, adjust Crowds to Medium—High increases CPU load similarly to RTX. Keeping it at Medium and lowering Crowds to LOW creates a more manageable environment. For RTX models, enable Vsync, turn on MaxFPS, and aim for around 45FPS in RTX modes, or 40FPS for non-RTX setups. Set Vsync60, disable MaxFPS, and use High/Ultra presets with Medium Crowds. According to Digital Foundry's video, percentage gains apply across all GPUs, so a 10% improvement means the same on both RX570 and GTX1080TI. The Market area tends to severely impact CPU performance, especially near city centers, while the outskirts remain more stable.
