I upgraded from 16GB with 2933Mhz to 32GB at 3600Mhz. Whenever I power on the PC it lights up the yellow indicator on the motherboard. After turning it off and back on, it boots fine. I've tried changing the RAM slots and other fixes, but I'm considering clearing the CMOS as a last resort. My GPU is still in the way, so I don’t want to do any DIY work. The motherboard is an ASUS ROG B550-F gaming model, CPU is a Ryzen 7 3700X, and I have 32GB of Kingston Fury RAM at 3600Mhz.

Did you turn on the bios and turned on XMP? It could be that the setting is too low, causing your boot issue.

The issue continues to recur. Following a RAM upgrade, it's common for the new memory to need some time to stabilize during the slow boot process. If it persists, allow it to rest for a short period and observe whether the problem resolves on its own.
