Hello, your computer is experiencing frequent crashes under heavy use, accompanied by a buzzing noise from the speakers resembling a CPU overclock and sometimes a blue screen appears. You've reset Windows, swapped two CPUs (R9 3950x and 5950x), installed two GPUs (RTX 3080 12GB and GTX 980 4GB), and added two 32GB DDR4 modules without success. Your system specs are R9 5950x, 32GB DDR4, RTX 3080 12GB, 850-watt PSU, and custom looping setup—no overheating detected, and you've checked for BIOS updates. Seeking advice on next steps. Thank you.

I don't have a motherboard or power supply, but I can help you identify them if you provide details like brand, model numbers, or specifications. Let me know what information you have!

Your motherboard and power supply appear to be of high quality. I attempted to run your RAM using applications such as this: https://www.memtest86.com/

I've tested two distinct kits, and it might make sense to explore another motherboard, such as the X570 Aorus Master.

I own the Auros master, but based on the reviews it doesn't seem significantly better than yours. I think I'll switch to a different power supply. Also, try executing 'Sfc /scannow' via command prompt or PowerShell in safe mode. Are you overclocking?

Have you attempted to reset CMOS? Have you tried using a single RAM stick and relocated it to another slot to check for issues? Also, unplugged any non-essential peripherals connected to the PC. You might want to follow Black’s instructions in the command prompt or PowerShell admin session (run with admin privileges). After executing sfc and rebooting, run chkdsk c: /f /r. Restart and observe the results. Use DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /ScanHealth and DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /RestoreHealth. Reboot again and monitor improvements. If needed, use DDU along with your newest Nvidia driver files from the provided link. Start in safe mode, disconnect from the internet, launch the program, and remove the graphics drivers. Restart back into normal Windows and reinstall the drivers before reconnecting to the internet (disconnecting is advised to prevent automatic installation of old drivers). Ensure you have the latest chipset drivers from amd.com and that your Ryzen Balanced power plan is enabled.

It seems the instructions didn't function properly, so I'll focus on the power supply or motherboard.

You could say it's around 850 to 1000 watts.
